A Schedule Idea...

Before 9am: Wake, breakie, make beds…
9am – 10am: Exercise, yoga, stretching, movement, mindfulness…
10 – 11am:
Snack and free play, let them get bored
11am – 12pm: Creative time (art / STEM / music / cooking)
12pm – 12:30pm: Tidy up, wash hands and make lunch
12:30 – 1pm: Lunch
1pm – 2pm:  Quiet time: reading, audio books, sleeping, puzzles, music etc
2pm – 2:30pm: Connect
Facetime with a friend, neighbour, gran, uncle, cousin etc. Facetime. We are so cut off… it’s amazing what a little connection does. TRY ZOOM! Conference with a few friends. Make it a party.

2:30pm – 3:30pm: Creative time (art / STEM / music / cooking)… or some free play
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Household help: windows, cars, vacuming, dishes, surfaces, laundry… it’s endless…
4:30pm – 5:30pm: Exercise, yoga, stretching, movement, mindfulness…
5:30pm – 7pm: Supper, bath, reading, bed. Aaaaah. Well done legend parent.
